Byron’s expertise has been honed through experience gained from directing hospital based occupation health programs and serving as a regional director for a major occupational health corporation.
Byron has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. He has extensive training in the areas of risk management and workers’ compensation.
Betsy is a licensed physical therapist with additional training in the field of corporate wellness. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University.
Betsy has management experience in both hospitals and private clinics. She is certified from the Cooper Institute as a Health Promotions Director.
Vincent earned his Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University in 1990, and then completed his Masters degree in Business Administration in 1995 attending Tulane University. Vincent is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS).
Vincent has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and has served as a faculty member for the Great Lakes Institute of Physical Therapy Graduate Residency Program in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and has also served on the faculty of the Industrial Safety and Rehabilitation Institute. -top-
Andrew Finn
Andrew has 26 years of human resource management experience covering all aspects of the human resource function. His broad generalist background includes working in the healthcare and hospitality industries.
He received his Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Alabama. Andrew provides a wide range of consulting services ranging from human resource management to benefit plan design.
Beverly has over 20 years experience in the field of occupational health. She has a BS in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist Case Manager (COHN-S/CM) and a Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP).
Beverly began her occupational health experience as manager of the occupational health department for a large manufacturing company. For the last 15 years she has worked in the start up and on-going management of employee occupational health and wellness programs within numerous health care systems.
Brian Lackey has 10 years experience working with both Employers and the Medical community. Brian’s responsibilities include hospitals sales and business development.
He earned his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology degree from the University of Nebraska and his MBA through Bellevue University. He is also a Certified Occ. Health Practice Manager. Brian has served in a number of roles within the company including both sales and field operations. -top-

Steve Grimm has extensive experience as a senior healthcare executive with over 23 years of service as a Chief Executive Officer in hospitals and health systems.
Steve received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Steve retired from the U.S. Army – Green Beret where he served his country with distinction. During his tour of duty in Vietnam, Steve earned a number of medals, including a Purple Heart. Steve currently serves as Chief Executive Office of Highland Community Hospital in Picayune, Mississippi. -top-
Steven Terry
Steven Terry joined Capital One Insurance (formally Hibernia Insurance Agency, LLC) as President effective March 1, 2002.
Terry, a 25 year insurance industry veteran, came to Hibernia from Fifth Third Bancorp’s insurance division where he served as Senior Vice President. Prior to Fifth Third’s acquisition of Old Kent Insurance Group, Terry served at Old Kent as President and Chief Operations Officer. He also served in leadership roles for the Medical Protective Company, Brown & Brown, Inc., and Marsh, Inc. Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree at North Carolina State University and is a Certified Insurance Counselor and an Associate in Risk Management.
In 2003, Terry received the CEO award for Sales Leadership from Hibernia National Bank. Terry currently serves as a Board Member for the American Banker’s Insurance Association headquartered in Washington, DC. -top-
Senator Tom Schedler
Senator Tom Schedler is currently serving his third term in the Louisiana State Senate. He serves on a number of Senate committees including Health and Welfare, Legislative Audit Advisory Council (Chairman), Judiciary C, Retirement, Louisiana Commission on Mental Health (Chairman), Local and Municipal Affairs, and Children’s Cabinet (Governor’s Committee).
Tom received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Prior to his election to the Louisiana State Senate, Tom held several positions within healthcare including director of a hospital health foundation and director over managed care services and business development.
